A Face to DigiTank

Since the beginning of the year, I have been part of Evos Hamburg, located right in the heart of the Port of Hamburg. In my new role as Process Improvement Manager, I have taken on the project management of the IHATEC research project DigiTank.

For me, this change is much more than just a new job. It marks the beginning of a journey full of impressions, challenges, and opportunities. The first weeks have been intense, filled with exciting topics and enriching encounters. They have already inspired and challenged me—both professionally and personally.

I am particularly pleased to be able to continue my research on automated technologies in the maritime industry. Working at the intersection of technology and people continues to inspire me. I am proud to contribute at Evos to innovations that shape technological progress in a meaningful and human-centered way.

A personal highlight is my new office in my beloved city of Hamburg—a place that increasingly feels like home to me. With great anticipation, I look forward to the next steps, exciting projects, and the exchange with familiar and new companions along the way.
